Staying at this place was a nice experience for our family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even to our non-service dog. We loved that it served as a great base to explore the local wineries and take in the area's attractions.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could use a children's play area for families. It'd be a great way for the kids to unwind after a long day of activities.

The location features easy access to major highways, making it a solid base for those traveling through. Rooms come with a decent layout. my king-sized bed easily provided ample space for relaxation after long drives.
The parking lot could use a makeover with numerous potholes greeting you upon arrival. Inside, the elevator felt a bit antiquated, combining both up and down calls which added an odd twist to my experience. In my room, there were quirky issues such as a noisy air conditioning unit that didn't quite cool efficiently, and some mold in the bathroom that could make sensitive guests uneasy. Wi-Fi access was available, but it struggled to keep a solid speed throughout my stay, making browsing frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast featured running out of key items well before it was supposed to finish.

I enjoyed the clean, spacious room. The bed felt comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The updated AC unit worked well, providing a perfect temperature. I loved the variety of cable channels available for entertainment. However, there were some drawbacks. The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were subpar and the coffee machine was out of order during my whole stay. Additionally, I faced issues with my room key card, needing reactivation multiple times. On the second day, my ID was requested again, which felt unnecessary. While the location was convenient with easy access to local attractions, the parking lot had several potholes that were hard to navigate. A bit of maintenance would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We used this place as a base after checking out some cool motorsports events at Watkins Glen and enjoyed local winery tours. The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast was filling! Great spot for groups.
The parking lot had quite a few potholes, which was annoying when we arrived. It might not be a deal-breaker, but it’s something to be aware of.
